Medjool dates are my favor way to naturally sweeten a smoothie, baked goods, and even diced in salads. They’re full of vitamins and nutrients like Vitamin B6, Potassium, Copper, Manganese and Magnesium.

For today’s smoothie bowl, I wanted to compliment the nutty palate created from the blended ingredients.
Cashews have tons of vitamins and minerals. They even have selenium which is antioxidant that supports your body function. It is also associated with proper thyroid function.
It’s been discovered that Cacao Nibs have polyphenols that may support arteries in the heart and brain. Did you know that a 2-tablespoon serving of almond butter contains 111 milligrams of calcium?
Hemp Seeds are the perfect topping for this smoothie bowl because they are known to have a nutty flavor. Hemp seeds also have a 3:1 ratio of omega-6 to omega-3. This is the optimal range and provides healthy fats for glowing skin. PMS and Menopausal symptoms may also be reduced with hemp seeds.
- 2 bananas, frozen
- ¼ cup cashews
- 2 tablespoon protein powder
- 2 tablespoon cacao powder
- ¾ cup non-dairy milk
- 3-4 large Medjool dates, pitted
- 1 banana, small
- 2 tablespoons cashews, chopped
- 1 tablespoon cacao nibs
- 1 tablespoon hemp seeds
- Add the bananas, cashews, protein powder, cacao powder, medjool dates, and non-dairy milk into high-speed blender and blend until smooth.
- Scoop into a bowl and top with banana, cashews, cacao nibs, and hemp seeds.
