Fall Diffuser Blend: Spiced Chai Latte

Spiced Chai Lattes are my weakness. If I could always have one in my hand during the entire Fall season, I would be the happiest girl ever. Problem is that they are full of caffeine and tend to send me over my dairy limit. So, I created this delicious fall diffuser blend to enjoy whenever I want. Because let’s be honest, the spiced chai aroma is the best part of the latte anyways!

Here’s the combo I use for the Spiced Chai Latte Fall Diffuser Blend:

  • 2 Drops Ginger
  • 2 Drops Clove
  • 3 Drops Cardamom
  • 3 Drops Cassia

Ginger – most people associate Ginger essential oil with digestive support; however, it is also very beneficial for our respiratory function perfect for the change of seasons. Ginger has also been a known aphrodisiac, so you might want to diffuse with caution. 😉

Clove – many of us need an extra boost of antioxidants during the Fall when everyone seems to be coughing or sniffling with the latest bug going around. Clove essential oil scores over 1 million on the ORAC scale which measures the amount of antioxidant properties of foods. Clove essential oil naturally helps to support your immune function.

Cardamom – one of the main benefits of Cardamom essential oil is the ability to support respiratory function. As the seasons change many of us deal with breathing issues from coughing to allergies. Diffusing Cardamom can help these issues.

Cassia – I love cooking with Cassia essential oil, but it also has many benefits when diffused including air cleansing properties.
